Our Muay Thai program is built with structure and skill at front of mind.

Rooted in tradition and known as the “Art of Eight Limbs”, you’ll learn to use punches, kicks, elbows and knees in a way that builds both physical strength & mental resilience. We combine different styles of striking including Dutch kickboxing to sharpen skills in every session.

Whether you’re brand new to the sport, or a seasoned athlete… we’ll meet you where you’re at.

Strength & conditioning

Designed to make you strong in ways that matter.

No random workouts, no fluff, no 10000 burpees… we focus on building athletic ability, genuine strength, core stability, injury resilience and foundational strength for beginners.

With every workout scaleable to your level… this is the perfect place to start.

Strength & strike

The best of both worlds! Half strength training and half Muay Thai, this class is designed to build strength and technique in a way that is meaningful to our training. No fluffy workouts, no packed out classes, just real coaching, real technique and real fun.

Muay Thai Technical Sparring

This is a live contact class. Training gear required: mouthguard, shin-guards, gloves.

Muay Thai Technical Sparring is the ultimate class to learn the fundamentals of striking in a low pressure, safe environment. During this class you will learn fundamental movements including defense, offense and clinch work, specifically focusing on drilling and structured sparring.

Muay Thai Technical Sparring is suitable from beginner to advanced (This is a live contact class. Training gear required: mouthguard, shin-guards, gloves), and every drill can be adjusted to suit your level. This is not a freestyle sparring class, if you would like to spar freely come along to open mat instead.

hiit

Needs no introduction… love it or hate it, HIIT can always be counted on to leave you sweaty, conditioned annnnnnd maybe a little sick in the head.

Structure meets functional fitness meets a little bit of chaos, our HIIT classes are built to get the job done. 45 minutes, so you’re in and out in a flash!

GTC

The ultimate womens only class. Built FOR women, BY women. This class will take you through a strength based workout focusing on you Glutes, Thighs and Core (GTC, get it?) while under the guidance of one of our female strength coaches. No chance of getting bulky, just stronger, more toned and WAY more confident!

kids bjj

From ages 4-15 our kids classes are designed to improve health and physical wellbeing, as well as build discipline, respect and work ethic through structured movement & play.

Your child will learn fundamental movement patterns, balance, coordination and self awareness through our programs

KIDS muay thai

Our kids Muay Thai is more than just kicking & punching. We have structured our programs so our kids can walk out of our doors feeling confident, empowered and disciplined.

We don’t believe in toughening kids up, but giving them tools and guidance from clear boundaries and strong role models.

The fitness is just a bonus. Ages 4-15.

Personal training

Not quite ready to jump into class, or want to hone in on your skill in a 1:1 environment? We got you. Our team of coaches can support you in the way you need through our private or small group personal training sessions. Bring a friend, or do it alone - the journey is yours!

Child-minding

Our mission to make health, fitness and Muay Thai more accessible meant childminding (creche) was at the top of our list. Not crazy busy, no kids packed in like sardines running wild… Just good care, plenty of fun and a safe space led by mums (who also hold their WWC & first aid cert!). This service is available around most of our adults class times, but remember… bookings are essential!
